The Role

As Customer Manager, you will be in charge of the Turkish speaking market for our products. This is a 1 year substitute for a maternity leave starting in November.

As part of the Engagement and Retention team, you will be  responsible for engagement activities such as special events, campaigns, contests, etc., while managing the Turkish speaking community which includes product localization and customer service as well.

Note: Please note that, to apply to this role, you have to be currently living in Stockholm (or nearby) and have a valid work permit. 


  • Community Management:

    • Managing the forums and blogs in Turkish, communicating with our players in order to keep the community fun, engaging and safe, while sharing with them the relevant information.

    • Updating and managing our engagement activities as features.

  • Localization:

    • Translating and localizing our products.

    • Creating and managing local activities such as contests and special offers.

  • Customer Service:

    • Answering customer queries.

    • Handling reports.

    • Providing the team lead with relevant feedback.


  • Excellent skills in Turkish and English, other languages are a plus

  • Ability to write creatively in your native language

  • Previous experience translating from English to Turkish

  • Previous experience in community management and/or customer service

  • Understanding of our target audience and their online culture

  • Excellent task management and collaboration skills
